- 200 g soft butter
- 200 g sugar
- 4 eggs
- 200 g flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 pinch of salt
For the Topping:
- 250 ml whipping cream
- 1 tbsp powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
Preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 347 °F. Grease a springform pan.
- Cream butter and sugar until fluffy, then add eggs one at a time.
- Mix flour, baking powder, and salt, then fold in. Add vanilla extract.
- Pour batter into the pan and bake for about 35 minutes. Let cool.
- Whip cream with sugar until stiff, spread on the cake.
