4. Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you may cancel your order within 5 minutes of placing it. After this period, the order enters processing and can no longer be canceled.

5. How does the shipping process work?
- Processing time: Orders placed before 5:00 PM PST are processed within 1–3 business days.
- Delivery time: Average delivery takes 4–8 business days after shipment.
- Tracking: Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking code by email to follow your order.
- Shipping is always free on all orders.
6. How do returns work?
You may return products within 30 days of receipt, provided that:
- They are in their original condition with all tags and packaging included.
- They show no signs of use.
Returns are always at the sender’s risk, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Always ensure your return has a track & trace code.
7. When will I receive my refund after a return?
Once we have received and approved your return, the purchase amount will be refunded within 3–5 business days via the original payment method.
