Welcome to Decotize’s Return & Refund Policy. Below you will find all information about returning products and receiving refunds.
Returns
- You have the right to return your order within 30 days of receiving it.
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at info@decotize.com within this period.
- The costs for returning products are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or you received the wrong item.
- In case of a defective or incorrect product, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a refund, returned items must meet the following requirements:
- Products must be in their original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and labels.
- Products must be unused, undamaged, and in resalable condition.
- Items must be properly packaged to prevent damage during transport.
If the above conditions are not met, we reserve the right to refuse the return.
Responsibility
- Returns are at the customer’s own risk until they reach us.
- We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage during transport of returned items.
- We strongly recommend using a track & trace shipping method for all returns.
Refunds
- Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you a confirmation by email.
- Refunds are usually processed within 5 business days after we have received your return.
- The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for your purchase.
Order Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled within 5 minutes after placing them.
- After this time, orders enter processing and cannot be canceled.
- If your order has already been shipped, you may still return it in accordance with our Return Policy.
